1. All personal or valuable items need to be taken out of the vehicle before the technician arrives, Mr. Sparkling is not responsible for any item left in the car (this includes parts of the car that fell off)

2. We apply outstanding cleaning techniques and high quality products to offer the best service, therefore, the customer accepts all the effect of applying these products on any part of the vehicle. In addition, the caring with which we use our products or apply our techniques have been tested before to ensure the best result; therefore, this may cause other type of damages to be more visible by the customer did not see before.

3. As well as the car should be, the area where the service is going to take place should allow Mr. Sparkling employees to do their job since Mr. Sparkling is not responsible for the consequences certain area may have on the vehicle or the area itself before, during and after the service.

4. The customer is responsible to notify the technician about any damage the car may have (on the interior or exterior, or mechanical) before the service starts.

5. Please consider that any could include keeping doors open during long periods of time and this may cause power of the car to decrease.

6. We always do the best we can to provide the customer the best service, the final result always depends on the condition of each vehicle.

7. We do not drive, turn on or move vehicles. Car should be ready and parked in the place to do the service.

8. We do not remove baby chairs or put them back from/to car seats.

9. Final price is always given once we check the vehicle. Amounts in website or on the phone are the initial price.

10. We provide estimated time to finish the service but it is very important to schedule more time in order to avoid any delay in your activities. Sometimes we spend more time in the cleaning service due to real condition or issues we find during the service.
